How To Order

The Birds2Grow shopping cart is designed to put YOU IN CONTROL! 

As you find items you want, just add them to your shopping cart.  When you go to check out, our cart program gives you a variety of options for ordering.

• on-line payment by credit card via our secure server -orders processed same day.
• via fax - your order will not be processed until we receive your fax confirmation with payment information..
• via snail mail - your order will not be processed until we receive your mail confirmation with payment information, check or money order..
• or via telephone - your order will not be processed until we receive your mail confirmation with payment information.

• Express Saver 3 day
• postal priority - please note - this option does not offer package tracking and can result in delays in claims for lost packages.

 

If you know what you want, and want to by pass the shopping cart, you can use our secure line item, on-line order form.

If you would rather, you can print out an order form and fill it out manually as you browse our site.  When your done, just enter your credit information, or enclose a check, and mail off your order via snail mail or fax.

Payment can be made via cashiers check, money order or personal check.  We also accept Visa, Master card, and Discover card. 

A few notes about our shipping policies:

All orders are shipped FOB, Grass Valley, California. We ship Monday through Friday.  Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  If there will be a delay in shipping, we will contact you to discuss your preferences.

Each shipment is packed with great care and is insured against loss or breakage.  Should any damage or breakage occur in transit, please follow the instructions below:

1. Save the entire package, including boxes and packing material. Destroying any of the wrapping may invalidate the damage claim.
2. Call Fedex at 1-800-463-3339.  They will arrange to pick up and inspect the damage.
3. If you have any questions, Contact the shipping manager at Birds2grow at 530-350-3918.

Merchandise Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on any unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  Please call or email us indicating the reason for your return and to obtain a return authorization number so we can better serve you in the future.  Please repack your order, enclose a copy of the packing slip, and send it to:
 
 

We will refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
